facebook strategy report
I think that using Facebook had a lot of potential for being a great tool for sustaining readership towards my niche blog, but unfortunately it didn't work out for me the way I had hoped it would have. My Facebook posts were mainly targeted towards people of any age and gender who were trying to lead a healthy life. My first couple of posts recieve some likes and comments, but my last few didn't get anything. My first post actually reached 71 people which I thought was pretty cool, but only recieved 3 likes and 3 comments which I was pretty disappointed by. The rest of my posts reached anywhere from 21 to 2 people. I believe if I had posted more, and on a more consistent basis, I would have had a lot more success. I also think I posted some of my posts a little too late in the day which is why they didn't get much attention. I would actually love to continue with this facebook page, and try to get more followers. After my experiences so far, I have learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. If I continue with this facebook page or create a new one, I am going to try to post on a more regular basis, and also post at more appropriate times. Overall, I learned that Facebook can be used for a lot more than just posting random pictures on your timeline for friends to admire. It can also be a very beneficial tool for businesses and people trying to reach a certain audience and get information across.

This was a GIF that I found motivational and I thought it would be great to post. Some people, especially picky eaters, get turned off by the word 'diet.' I wanted to remind my audience that eating healthy isn't a diet, it's a lifstyle.

I posted this picture (as I did in a couple other posts) of one of my meals that I made. I figured by inviting my viewers into my own life, and giving them a preview of of some of my healthy meals, it would give them inspiration to cook their own meals too!

This post was a link to a blog that I found to be very helpful during my own healthy eating journey. I shared this with my followers so they could check it out to in hopes that they wopuld find it just as useful.

This is another post showing my facebook follows one of the meals I was making for my family. I think it is important to practice what you preach, so I made sure to use what I learned from my niche blog research and put it to use, and then document it on facebook for my viewers.

This was my first post I made documenting picture of my own healthy eating experience. I thought people would feel a lot better about taking advice from someone who has actually taken their own advice and put it to use.

The intentions of this post were to add a little humor to my facebook page. I'm not a very serious person, and I always find humor to be helpful and uplifting. These were some memes "making fun of" healthy eating that I thought picky eaters might appreciate, and anyone else looking to eat healthy.

This post was meant to advertise my personal blog website and also provide some extra tips for eating healthy.

This was an image that I happened to stumble upon while doing some research, and I thought it was a good picture to share as my first facebook post as it set the tone for my page and also gave some really helpful suggestions.
